Looking for a Digital Pressure Gauge, Hydraulic Test Gauge, Hand Test Pump, or Pressure Transmitter?

Sika Digital Test Equipment & Digital Pressure Gauges

Sika's electronic instruments and calibration equipment feature products with long-term reliability, innovative calibration technology, and a comprehensive range of services from their own DAkkS laboratory for temperature, pressure, and standardized electrical signals.

Pressure is one of the most commonly measured quantities in engineering, which is why exact and reliable pressure measurement is especially important.

However, the characteristics of the even best sensor or pressure transducer can be altered by a wide variety of factors. This drift cannot be prevented, and it leads to incorrect readings. Calibration allows these deviations to be measured and documented in a certificate. All pressure measuring devices that significantly affect processes or activities should be calibrated before being used. SIKA‘s mobile test and calibration devices are effective aids for performing the necessary test and calibration tasks quickly.

SIKA test pumps and digital pressure gauges can be used everywhere, including on-site in workshops, test and measurement rooms as well as laboratories. They cover a broad spectrum of industries with diverse applications.

Ametek/Crystal Digital Test Equipment

The performance, construction, and distinctive design of the XP2i set it apart from any other pressure gauge you have ever seen. Lighter and easier to use than a deadweight tester, and more rugged than any mechanical pressure gauge, the XP2i is used every day throughout the world: in workshops, calibration laboratories, and on offshore platforms.

XP2i Digital Test Gauge

The Best Digital Gauge on the Market, Just Got Better!

The 2nd generation XP2i is a very rugged, intrinsically safe, digital pressure gauge with 0.1% of reading accuracy.

  • New nickel plated aluminum enclosure is sealed to IP67 (waterproof to 1 meter)
  • Backlight is twice as bright, but batteries last just as long
  • 10% larger LCD window for a larger viewing angle
  • Internal pressure is equalized by a  GORE-TEX® filter
  • All XP2i gauges are now CSA, IECEx and ATEX certified intrinsically safe
  • Captures open and reseat values for Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) testing
  • Optional pressure data logging capability
  • Torque and force measurement capable
  • Simple to use

Data Logger XP software

There is no easier, intrinsically safe, pressure recording system!

The DataLoggerXP software*, in tandem with the XP2i digital pressure gauge with a purchased DataLoggerXP firmware upgrade, forms an integrated data logging solution by collecting, saving and transferring data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. With the XP2i's long battery life, you can record up to 6000 pressure measurements for two months, without the need for external power supplies or battery replacements. Since the XP2i can measure vacuum, you can even capture pressure to vacuum transitions and much more.

*Compatible with  Windows 2000, XP and VISTA. Will require a purchased firmware upgrade to your XP2i gauge. See the options tab for part numbers to order.

nVision Digital Test Gauge

nVision Reference Pressure & Temperature Recorder, Do more with less!

It's not just a new pressure calibrator or a new pressure recorder. It's a field calibrator that can display recorded data graphically on a high-resolution screen. No need to stop a test to analyze data on a PC. Stored data or data being recorded can be displayed graphically, with the ability to zoom into specific events or zoom out to get a big picture of your test.

  • Pressure accuracy to 0.025% of reading
  • Field-replaceable modules: pressure, temperature, current, and voltage
  • Temperature compensation from -20°C to 50°C
  • ATEX/IECEx intrinsically safe
  • Log and display 500,000 points at up to 10 readings/sec on up to two modules simultaneously
  • IP67 (1-meter submersion for 30 minutes)
  • Uses our new CPF hose and fitting system (leak-free and finger tight to 10K PSI)
  • Interactive real-time graphing of measurements

M1 Digital Pressure Gauge

Do more with less!

The M1 is a digital pressure gauge with 0.2% of reading accuracy. It competes directly with mechanical gauges. Accuracy is not degraded by dropping, over-pressure, rapid pressure changes or temperatures between -10 Degree C and 50 Degree C. One M1 gauge can replace up to five 0.25% mechanical gauges with an accuracy reading of 0.2%.

  • Enclosure is rated to NEMA 4, IP65
  • Can be customized for specific vendor applications
  • Battery life up to 3 years continuous use
  • Bright backlit display
  • G ¼ B BSP parallel fittings available
  • Protective boot included

Calibration Software

Gauge and transmitter calibration made simple!

FastCalXP 2.0 software* allows you to do a 10 point up and down calibration (with the XP2i gauge or 30 Series calibrator and GaugeCalXP comparator) in less than 3 minutes including printing out a calibration certificate. When calibrating mechanical pressure gauges, a person always needs to read the needle on a pressure gauge. With FastCalXP, the software tells you the target pressure to set (using the GaugeCalXP Pressure Comparator) and then records the applied pressure when the needle is on the desired mark. Automatically. No need to write anything down!

*Compatible with  Windows 2000, XP, and VISTA.  Requires Excel (or Office) 2000 or higher to print calibration certificates. English-only version.  The minimum screen resolution is 1024 x 768.
