Mechanical & Digital Water Pressure Gauge, Thermometer, and Accessories

Water, Wastewater

Population growth and climate change present new, pressing challenges for our world’s water supply. Water, Wastewater Water treatment is the process of manipulating or cleaning water for a specific use. Typical uses include water for drinking, industrial processes, medical use, wastewater treatment, and returning water to the environment.

The instrumentation Floyd Australia provides to this industry is largely related to pressure. Thermometers, process and industrial pressure gauges are by far the most common product sold in this market.

Digital Water Pressure Gauges

Digital pressure gauges have been nominated for future pressure and vacuum testing of water supply and sewerage assets.  Floyd Australia can offer a D2 digital gauge that complies with this requirement.  Our digital gauges are German Manufactured and have an accuracy Class of +/- 0.1%

Industrial Water Pressure Gauges

Floyd Australia Industrial Pressure Gauges are specifically designed to meet the stringent demands of any industrial application. Suitable for all applications where accuracy, repeatability, and long-term stability are of importance. They can be used for liquid or gaseous substances within non-corrosive applications where the medium will not attack brass or bronze.

Ideally suited to harsh environmental conditions, due to the stainless steel case, which can be supplied dry or liquid filled when protection is required against pulsation and or vibration.

Standard scales are offered in either single scale kPa or dual kPa/PSI but also can be modified to suit your special requirements from different scales, colored sectors, purpose wording, logos, and red lines.

Heavy Duty Pressure Gauges

Our range of full Stainless Steel pressure gauges offers superior quality and reliability.

Suitable for corrosive applications where the medium will not attack stainless steel. Ideally suited to harsh environmental conditions, due to the all stainless steel construction, which can be supplied dry or if protection is required against pulsation and or vibration these gauges can be supplied liquid filled. An ideal solution for any harsh environment pressure measurement application.

Diaphragm Seals

For use on corrosive and non-corrosive applications, where the medium may contain solids or solidify which would cause the normal bourdon tubes to be blocked and unserviceable. Diaphragm seals can be fitted to a vast array of pressure/vacuum gauges.

The normal working temperatures of diaphragm seals are 0-100 degrees C but can be rated as high as 300 degrees C when filled with HT silicone oil and the gauge separated from the diaphragm seal using an extended neck or capillary tubing.

Machine Glass Thermometers

SIKA V- Form Machine Glass Thermometers have been the epitome of durability, dependability, and accuracy since their inception. They are crucial in marine engineering, mechanical and plant engineering, and heating and air conditioning technologies. The advantages of a glass thermometer over other thermometers, such as dial thermometers or electronic versions, are obvious: no mechanically moving components, no material fatigue, no need for electrical energy, but a high level of precision and a very long service life. In other words, a glass thermometer remains accurate as long as it is not mechanically broken.

Bimetal Thermometers

Bimetal thermometers are made of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials, allowing them to withstand rust/chemical attacks as well as harsh industrial use. The stem, plug, and connection are hermetically sealed since they are fused together and sealed to the head. Temperatures range from -50 to 550 degrees Celsius, with stem lengths ranging from 63mm to 2 meters.
